Over 200 exquisitely crafted envelopes arrived from places as diverse as the United States, Mexico, South Africa, France, and Canada. This book, featuring more than 30 of these envelopes, is a testament to the beauty and creativity hidden in ordinary mail. Elegantly rendered and often intricate to decipher, these decorated letters shine a spotlight on the care and competence of the United States Postal Service, connecting people and cultures through the power of penmanship.
