These gorgeous pearlescent colors are handcrafted in Germany and dissolve with water and a brush, just like traditional watercolors. Lightfast, pigment-rich, and can adhere to a variety of surfaces, including paper, wood, cardboard, clay, and stone. FINETEC watercolors work great with brushes and dip pens; simply brush the color onto your nib to use it as a calligraphy ink. For best results, squeeze a few drops of water onto the surface of the watercolor and allow it to sit for a few minutes before using.

Coliro vibrant pallet
Previously, I've used only arabic gold as suggested by Lindsay of "The Postman's Knock" and use it constantly. The vibrant pallet is my first foray into other colors. This stuff is beyond magical, especially on black paper. It just simply glows & is a wonderfully shimmery medium. Amazing how it goes from watery to a creamy consistency & has fantastic flow/coverage using dip pens. Now I want all the colors! Thanks to Paper Ink Arts for the how to video, which is a must to follow. I highly recommend this delightful watercolor & can't wait to purchase other colors. Coliro is now the only pearl/metalic watercolor I'll use going forward.

These are so, so lovely! Great vibrant colors with good saturated, rich color. Seriously, any colors you choose with Finetec would be a win!

vibrant colour
my first time using finetec ink - adding one more step comparing to bottled ink but love the fact that i can make the colour thicker and thinner easily.
