These professional-quality pencils produce stunningly vibrant and saturated colors. Inktense colored pencils can be used alone as a dry color, or be blended with water to create even more vibrant tones. After the color has dried, it becomes a fixed permanent ink that can be worked over the top of. These pencils can even be used to color fabrics!

The black 2400 Outliner is not water-soluble. Use this pencil for outlines, borders, lettering and more without it blending away with water.
