Dr. Ph. Martins Bombay India Inks are highly-pigmented, jewel-like colors that offer watercolor qualities while remaining lightfast and waterproof when dry. Bombay inks are non-clogging and flow freely from brushes, technical pens, dip pens, or airbrushes. All colors are semi-transparent except black and white; these two colors are extremely opaque and have excellent covering power. Bombay india inks are excellent for layering and adhere to almost any surface, including paper, wood, vinyl, plastic, and more.

Dr. Ph. Martin’s is such great quality ink. I love that you can buy it in sets like this, or purchase bottles individually if you run out of a single color. This set offers great color variety, and isn’t even all the colors they have (look for set 2 as well, and sets 1 and 2 of their iridescent colors)! Highly recommend this ink for beginners and experts alike. It comes ready to go for most things right out of the bottle, dries with a wonderful protective sheen to it, has a nearly infinite shelf-life, is waterproof/lightfast, and can be used on almost any surface (even printer paper). And it dries with the most wonderful raised texture to it. Go get you some of these inks. They’re fantastic.
