Great
I'm new to this type of pen and excited to up my calligraphy game with this fun bigger sized writing tool. I love how even the ink coverage is with these. It requires a lot more frequent dipping (especially with the larger ones), but ink seems to flow easily and consistently from across the entire width of the pen, without blotting or dry stretches. I don't think these would be good with thicker inks (specifically thinking of the metallics collection from Dr. Ph Martin's), but perhaps if they were watered down it could work (though then they would attain a bit of an undesired opacity). I like the size variation with these (they seem to be the continuation up from Speedball C nibs) and how they can be used similarly. Simple pen design with lots of possibilities. Definitely recommend.
