Yamamoto Paper Tasting Notepad Set of 3, Washi vol.2
These delightful paper sets from Yamamoto allow you to enjoy a flight of writing papers the same way you might enjoy a flight of fine wines and spirits. Each paper tasting set includes 3 notepads that share similar qualities, but each have their own distinct personality. Comprehensive and informative descriptions are included for each paper in both English and Japanese.

Each notepad is gluebound at the top and contains 25 pages. This set includes the following papers in the following sizes:
- B7 (3.5” × 4.9”) Yoshi Washi: This Paper's material is the high quality yoshi, a type of reed, was collected for the production of traditional Japanese instruments, in particular the Shō.
- A6 (4.1” x 5.8”) Sheep Clouds Washi: This Washi has a texture almost like sheep clouds, but it is suitable for offset printing. This contradiction was solved due to unique process of papermaking.
- B6 (4.9” × 6.9”) Kinkakuden: Developed for offset printing. The name was inspired by the glimmering light reflected off of the main hall of the temple. Kin Kaku Den was commonly used in letter sets and for prayer writing by Buddhist monks.
