This glue is blue when wet and clear when dry. For permanent bonding, apply glue to paper and adhere it to another sheet of paper while wet. For repositional capability, allow glue to turn clear once applied before adhering it to other paper.
To start or reactivate the flow of glue, press the valve-action tip down several times on a hard surface. Water-based, photo-safe, acid-free, Xylene-free. Not intended for use by children.
